Silver Wave Leather Bracelet

Our wave component and magnetic clasp are fine-silver plating over lead-, cadmium- and nickel-free zinc. Fine silver is 99.9% silver which is a higher quality silver than sterling. We make the bracelet of your choice of black or distressed brown rolled leather that measures approximately 10 x 6 mm, shaped like a piece of licorice. We source our components and leather from Greece and Spain. Our leather is veg-tanned, making our bracelet completely chemical free.

Wave is available in women's and men's sizes. If you don't know your wrist size, measure your wrist circumference. To measure your wrist circumference, follow these instructions:

Women's Wrist Circumference = Bracelet Size

6" = Small

6.25" = Medium

6.5" = Large

6.75" = X-Large

Men's Wrist Circumference = Bracelet Size

7" = Small

7.25" = Medium

7.5" = Large

7.75" = X-Large

Our leather bracelets are made with high-quality leather and components which we take pride in. The leather we source from Greece is veg-tanned. Tanning is the process that changes cowhide to leather, and veg-tanning is done without the use of chemicals. The other type of tanning, chromium, is chemical based. In addition to this, all of our components, including our magnetic clasps, are free of the undesirable metals of lead, nickel and cadmium. When you purchase a Essence of Silver leather bracelet, you are purchasing a chemical free, hypoallergenic bracelet.

Taking care of your leather bracelets is easy. To keep your bracelet in its best condition, store it in a plastic bag when not wearing it. By doing this, you are protecting it from the dirt and moisture in the air. With our components being fine silver plated, they will not tarnish but they can get dirty. If you need to clean the metal on your leather bracelet, we recommend using Connoisseur Cleaning Cloths. These are inexpensive, disposable, and can be purchased at a local store or online. Pull a cloth from the dispenser and gently rub the metal on your bracelet. Doing this will bring it back to its original shine and luster. The cloths are an off-white color. When cleaning your silver plated components with the cloth, it will turn a grayish black. You can use the cloth multiple times, always using an off-white section of the cloth.

You will also want to be sure to remove your leather bracelets before any extended water activities such as showering or swimming. With our leather being veg-tanned and chemical free, the leather dye can run or fade if worn in water. Washing your hands with your bracelet on is okay but please be sure to wipe off any water that may have splashed on it. We guarantee our bracelets for one year but wearing them in water voids this.
